Hello and thank you for visiting my website.

Pat Jackman was born in Montreal, Quebec Canada, in 1963.  Pat developed a love for drawing and animals at a very early age.  Colored pencil is her preferred medium, with wildlife as her favorite subject matter.  Pat earned her BA in Psychology and her BSN in nursing, and has taken many workshops over the years with many of her favorite and respected artists.  Pat has won many awards and has membership to many prestigious  organizations, she has achieved Signature statues in “The Society of Animal artist’s” the “Artist for Conservation”and CPSA.  Other memberships include the Colored Pencil Society of America, the Colored Pencil Society of America Portland chapter, the International Guild of Realism and Artist for Conservation.  Pat’s work has hung in many venues, including “Birds In Art”  at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson art Museum, Artist for Conservation in Vancouver, Canada, as well as in the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, in New York City.  Pat likes to give back to the community by donating original artworks every year to a variety of organizations for their efforts in fundraising.
